ArTech is founded and led by Sicilia Arabella Matulessy, an Informatics graduate with a passion for technology, digital systems, and practical problem-solving.
With experience across education technology, data analysis, web development, and digital products, she leads ArTech with a focus on turning ideas into functional systems that people can actually use.
